Does it fit all showers?
Yes! Our filter is designed with a universal ½ inch connector that fits most standard showers. It can also be used with ½ inch taps using adapters, so you’re covered in almost all cases.

Is the installation complicated?
Not at all! It’s a DIY setup that takes just a few minutes—no plumber needed. We also provide a Free on-call installation guide and a step-by-step guide inside the box.

Will it reduce my water pressure?
No. Our filters are designed to maintain healthy water flow while effectively filtering out impurities.

Can I use it with both hot and cold water?
Yes, the filter works with both hot and cold water up to the recommended temperature range.

How do I know when to replace the cartridge?
When you notice a decrease in water flow or if it’s been around 5–6 months, it’s time to replace. We also send reminders to help you keep track.

Is it safe for kids and sensitive skin?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s especially beneficial for babies, kids, and those with sensitive skin since it removes harsh chemicals.

Where can I buy replacement cartridges?
You can easily order them from our website or our WhatsApp catalogue.

Do you provide any warranty?
Yes, we provide a standard warranty on manufacturing defects. Cartridges are consumables and not covered under warranty.
